Dear colleagues,

Unfortunately, the Executive Board again adopted a resolution that can not be performed, once again we put the Secretariat in a very difficult position, and once again UNESCO was embroiled in a rather politicised issue.

I would like to remind that in Ukraine last week, the Parliament passed another package of laws aimed at rewriting the history of their own state, and these laws equate in today's Ukraine Nazi aggressors and fighters for the country's liberation from fascism.

Essentially these laws offends the memory of millions of Ukrainians who died for the liberation from Nazism and living veterans of that war.

It is impossible not to recall in this connection, about the Poles and the Jews destroyed by Ukrainian nationalists .

Therefore, I can only say, the "Ship  Crimea" returned quite in time to their Harbour.

Thank you for your attention!
