Internarional competition of Works "We Want to Live in the World"


 


1. GENERAL PROVISIONS


The international contest of "We want to live in the world" will be held within the framework of the social importance of international children's and youth project "We want to live in peace", which is implemented by facilitating the compilation of projections of childhood "Social prediction" of the means of the state support allocated as grant, in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation № 243-p of 25 July 2014 "On provision in 2014, state support of non-profit non-governmental organizations involved in the development of civil society institutions and implement social projects" and on the basis of the competition held by the Russian Union Youth.


2. FOUNDERS AND ORGANIZERS OF THE COMPETITION


The founder and organizer of the competition is to promote the Fund in relation to the estimation of childhood "Social forecasting" (hereinafter - the Fund). The contest is held in conjunction with the International Human Rights Movement "A world without Nazism", the League of Young Journalists, the National Council of Youth and Children's Associations of Russia.


3. The participants of the contest


The participants of the contest "We want to live in the world" may be children of 11-16 years, who are the authors declared the contest works. Each participant must declare their work (writing, drawing, photo, video, etc.), Ensuring that is the real author of the work and has exclusive rights to this product. Member warrants that it is not aware of the rights of other persons who might be violated by him or his application, as well as use of the product. User bears full responsibility for the observance of copyright works submitted for the contest. Each participant submitting an application for participation in the competition, will ensure that, in case of victory, founder contest concedes gratuitously all the exclusive rights to his work (his works) and its (their) usage (for placement on the exhibition stands, in print, the Internet, etc.).


4. PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION


Creating conditions for the development of capacities and initiatives of children and youth to maintain tolerance and respect for the culture, history and traditions of the peoples, education of patriotic identity, 
creating a community of children and young people from Russia and other countries with the aim of spreading the ideas of human rights in the world and prevent the spread of the ideas of radical nationalism, fascism and racial discrimination and extremism.


5. TERMS AND PROCEDURE OF THE COMPETITION


The contest is held from March 1 to May 31, 2015. 
Information on the Competition (eligibility requirements, terms, date and procedure for submission of documents for participation in the competition, the criteria for selecting the winners, the procedure and the term of announcement of the results of the Competition, as well as the application form) is determined and hosted by the organizing committee on the official website of the Fund, in the media. 
The first stage: receipt of materials; 
Second stage: selection of materials for compliance with the conditions of the competition; 
third phase: the definition of the winners on the basis of open voting on the Internet and expert advice; 
fourth stage: awarding the winners work in the educational meeting, which will take place on the basis of one of the all-Russian and international children's centers; 
Applications for participation in the Competition are made ​​electronically at registration russianforpeace.ru the form in accordance with Annex № 1 hereto up May 15, 2015. 
Applications are decorated with violations of the established requirements and submitted after the deadline will not be considered. 
All the information regarding the form and timing of application materials to the contest, as well as information on the outcome of the contest posted on the website russianforpeace.ru.



6. REQUIREMENTS TO THE MATERIALS AND THE ORDER OF THE COMPETITION


The contest materials are accepted: photos, photo collages, photo pictures, drawings and other visual works, as well as essays, poems, essays and other writings sent before May 15, 2015 inclusive. Materials are accepted in electronic form, with a portrait photo of the author (format .jpg high resolution), and information about it, indicating the postal code, address, place of work, phone numbers, e-mail messages. 
For each material must be accompanied by a brief description of the work, explaining the general idea work, creative solutions are used and the intended audience perception. Creative approach, the idea and the quality of work are also important. To participate in the competition are accepted only previously unpublished, includingInternet, copyright materials on the theme of the Competition.


7. Results of the competition


The winners of the contest "We want to live in peace" are defined in an open vote on the websiterussianforpeace.ru, as well as the advice of experts within a certain time, the organizers of the Competition. 
The list of finalists is located on the site russianforpeace.ru publicly available. 
Contestants scored maximum points on the basis of Internet voting by the founders recognized the winners of the contest. 
The contest winners are determined by no later than May 31, 2015. 
The winners and the best contestants their mentors by the founders of the contest will be invited to participate in the educational meetings for training to work with children and young people, exchange experiences, develop strategic plans of joint actions aimed at attracting children and young people to the anti-Nazi democratic humanist enlightenment movement and integration on this basis youth organizations, popularization of anti-Nazi activities, which will take place on the basis of one of the all-Russian and international children's center. 
The best works Participants of the contest will be used in the publication of postcards for further spread of the world through Postcrossing at the event for members of child-youth community "We want to live in peace."



8. FINANCING OF COMPETITION


The expenses related to the competition, produced at the expense of the grant allocated in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation № 243-p of 25 July 2014 "On provision in 2014, state support for non-governmental organizations involved in the development of civil society and implementing social projects "and on the basis of the competition held by the Russian Union of Youth.
